Operador de Telemarketing Intérprete Bilíngue Inglês

We look for professional that are committed, proactive, sensitive and responsible. 
Activities

  • Respond promptly to video and audio interpretation sessions, conducting in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Provide correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation standards, avoiding omissions or additions;
  • Speak clearly in both languages, always using proper pronunciation, titles and polite expressions;
  • Maintain calm and professional demeanor during video and audio roleplaying sessions at all times;
  • Act with impartiality and discernment during the interpretation sessions, being these from any segment and situation, without demonstrating any judgments or prejudices;
  • Follow customer instructions, in accordance with established standards and their terminology, to ensure expectations are met.

SALARY: R$3.200,00 + benefits + career plan

WORK SCHEDULE: 6x1 - alternate days off on weekends (6h20/day)

OFFICE HOURS: Availability (24 hours) - worldwide attendance

WORKPLACE: ALWAYS AT HOME


REQUESTS

Desirable experience in areas related to the English language, such as teaching, language assessment, translation or interpretation;

  • Minimum age 18 years 
  • Fluent English
  • Live in Rio Grande do Norte (Natal and nearby cities)
  • Internet with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and 3 Mbps upload (verified through the speed test); 
  • Internet service must be wired (cable or fiber), satellite internet is not allowed
  • Complete high school

To work from home, we need you to have the following requirements:

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

  • Windows operating system (10 or higher);
  • Core I3 processor (5th generation or higher);
  • RAM - Minimum 6GB. Recommended 8 GB;
  • Sound card - AC97 or HD audio;
  • Work keyboard, mouse and monitor (17 inches or higher);
  • Updated antivirus (antivirus software is used to prevent, detect and remove harmful files);
  • Minimum Internet of 15 Mbps (verified through the speed test);
  • Upload speed 1 Mbps (verified by speed test);
  • Internet service must be wired;
  • HD Camera with 3 MP for Calls and Video Recordings in Widescreen 720p;
  • USB Header.

Please note that our selection process consists of several different steps. These steps are independent of each other and therefore you will be invited to participate in one more step of the selection process.
Your participation in all stages does not mean that you have been approved for the position.
Evaluation of your performance in each of the stages will be carried out by the Teleperformance recruiter only after the completion of all stages of the selection process.
