This is a company leader in the global hotel accommodation and vacation
-Provide responsive attendance service to customers who are interested in
buying hotel reservations or travel items and eventually search for more
information around those subjects.
- Help clients when they're unable to purchase something through the website.
- Provide support to customers who need cancellations, changes or who
have problems with their reservations.
- Being a person who will listen and help to facilitate client’s life.
- The phone service is
provided in Portuguese for Brazilians but the use of English will be necessary
when contacting tourism companies and handling systems.
Salary: R$ 1.504,00 + Benefits
Work Scale: 6 days of work/week - 6h20 of work/day (6x1). Days off cyclical (changes
Schedules: 9h00 - 22h00
Workplace: Training and working at the campus Lapa in person and may work at home
eventually (equipments needed)
